Fixxed the issue with the rear carb. Diaphram wasnt seated right, causing an air leak and no vacuum in the carb. Resealed it, took it for a spin. Coughing and backfiring...but consistantly. Remembering this was carbed, i figured running with no air box was causing the bike to lean out. Airbox back on, and now the bike runs like a charm.
I have the turn signals left to wire and the pkate light. Then its a bath, maybe a lick.of paint on the forks and it will be done. Up on kijiji/ebay it goes.

*borat* Very nice, how much?
Not sure I wanna buy a bike this year when I’ve got other things I should do/work on and I probably want a bike with EFI and ABS but still, I’m curious.
Also, what should I expect to pay on insurance on one of these?

Im probably going to list it for 2.5k...probably take 2.2 for it.
Insurance isnt that bad for these, as they are sports touring bikes, not supersports. And as you live way out there, shouldnt be too bad. Call up your insurance company and ask for a quote as if you had your m2

You should buy it. Have something that will actually take a corner faster then 45km/h
